Terms and Conditions

Application Forms and Deposits ($200) must be received before a place can be guaranteed on the training.

Application Forms must be completed in full.  Incomplete application forms will not be processed and you will be asked to re-submit your form.

Balance of Payment Unless otherwise agreed, the balance of the payment must be paid before 3 weeks prior to the training.

Cancellations made with 4 weeks notice will be refunded in full; cancellations with two weeks notice will receive 50% refund; if a cancellation is made with less than two weeks notice prior to the training then a refund will not be made but the payment can be transfered to ensure a place on the next available training.

Confidentiality: Confidentiality and Integrity are the corner stones of our trainings. Any information you provide will only be used for the purpose of the trainings. We NEVER provide confidential information to other training providers or marketing agencies.
